Manual QA Test Engineer

Global Manual QA Tester 
Location: Krakow/ Hybrid 

We’re currently looking for a  Manual QA Tester to join our agile delivery teams. This is your opportunity to help shape cutting-edge, secure software solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your Role
As a Manual QA Tester, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary agile team, working closely with developers, product owners, and cybersecurity experts. You will define and execute manual test scenarios to ensure high-quality software delivery across web applications and REST APIs, including those integrated with third parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners to define testable acceptance criteria and refine requirements

• Design and execute manual test cases (functional, regression, performance)

• Support agile ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Create and maintain test documentation and metrics

• Provide test scenarios for automated and performance testing

• Identify and triage bugs using logs and testing tools

• Support DevSecOps and security testing processes

• Work across on-prem, cloud, and third-party environments

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience as a Manual QA Tester in an agile environment

• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies

• Experience testing web apps and RESTful APIs

• Familiarity with Agile delivery artifacts (epics, stories, tasks)

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Git, and Excel

• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team

• English fluency (spoken and written)

Desirable Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)

• Knowledge of application security and vulnerability scanning tools (SAST, DAST, MAST)

• Familiarity with DevSecOps, Agile (SAFe), and test management tools (QTest, Tricentis, Zephyr)

• ISTQB certification

• Experience with UML, SQL, and performance testing
