Junior PAM Engineer (B2B) – Kraków – Hybrid (6 days/month onsite)

About the role We are looking for a Junior PAM Engineer to support our Privileged Access Management (PAM) Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in daily operations and project activities. This role is suited for someone organized, proactive, and interested in IT systems, vendor coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the PAM SME in managing vendor relationships, scheduling meetings, and tracking support tickets.

• Opening, monitoring, and coordinating support cases with the vendor.

• Maintaining structured documentation for issues, escalations, and technical decisions.

• Coordinating communication across Engineering, Testing, Migration, and Operations teams.

• Tracking action items, decisions, and change requests related to PAM design updates.

• Assisting with testing or validation activities by gathering artefacts, test evidence, or configuration data.

• Participating in recurring technical and operational meetings, capturing minutes and progress updates.

Essential skills and qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.

• Experience with Windows and *Nix operating systems in large environments.

• Ability to coordinate and follow through in a fast‑paced technical setting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience supporting cross‑functional teams or multiple projects.

• Working knowledge of IT systems, ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow), and documentation platforms (Confluence, SharePoint).

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to track dependencies and risks.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) or Secret Server.

• Interest in IT Governance, Compliance, or Security Operations.

• Basic understanding of software development or infrastructure environments.

• Experience with vendor management or third‑party coordination.

• Experience working in global, large‑scale organizations.
