Java Tech Lead

We are currently looking for a Java Tech Lead to join a team responsible for developing a critical financial system handling large transaction volumes. The system requires high reliability, security, and effective authorization of operations. The project consists of multiple microservices and modern technologies, placing high demands on architecture, code quality and integration with other systems.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a development team and mentoring junior team members (9-person team)

• Designing and developing solutions using Java, Spring, microservices and APIs

• Reviewing system architecture and proposing improvements

• Ensuring high availability and reliability of the system

• Collaborating with operations, security teams and business stakeholders

• Implementing and maintaining CI/CD processes, monitoring and performance metrics

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience with Java, Spring and microservices architecture

• Experience working with high-availability systems and large data volumes

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead

• Strong knowledge of Kafka

• Knowledge of CI/CD and monitoring tools (e.g., Jenkins, Grafana)

• Good practices in security and data authorization

• Excellent English communication skills (for collaboration with an international team)

• Ability to mentor and lead a team
