Job description

We are looking for experienced professionals to lead and support the delivery of Technology and Business Change Programmes. This role operates at a strategic level and involves collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders across the client’s global structure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support delivery of programmes, balancing scope, time, budget, and risk
  • Break down complex business needs into Epics and User Stories
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Promote Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) within tech teams
  • Assist senior project/programme managers on key initiatives
  • Help define resourcing, responsibilities, and schedules
  • Establish and maintain programme controls and governance
  • Ensure alignment with internal change frameworks and standards
  • Support portfolio and project management best practices


Requirements:

  • 5+ years in Project Management Office or similar roles
  • Excellent communication and fluent English
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills (RAID, finance, progress)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, self-driven
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Clarity is a plus

About the client’s Technology team in Poland: We build and support software and IT services enabling global operations. Our diverse team spans developers, analysts, project managers, and more—working across various tech stacks, from mainframe to mobile.

Location - Kraków / 6 days in month from office
