A leading IT organization, dedicated to driving innovation and developing cutting-edge technology solutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to join our growing team. We are committed to delivering superior services to our clients and expanding our capabilities.
The Business Management function is critical in overseeing recruitment and operational activities, including workforce, vendor, and resource management.
Reporting to the Country Business Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the department, focusing on data analysis, report preparation, senior stakeholder management, and involvement in regional initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel and data analysis skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for accuracy in reporting.

Impact on the Business:
- Have a strong understanding of workforce requirements and ensure the creation and successful execution of workforce plans.
- Champion the technology workforce strategy and ensure close adherence to key principles across the organization.
- Support workforce transformation initiatives, including headcount caps, annual furlough processes, role migrations, and conversions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and global teams to execute resource plans and meet resource demand.
- Work with vendors to ensure alignment and execution of resource plans, meeting demand effectively.
- Maintain high-quality workforce data and ensure alignment across tools and systems such as Pioneer, Fieldglass, Clarity, and MyTRM.
- Build a clear view of vendor requirements and collaborate with vendors to meet those needs.
- Identify sustainable cost-saving opportunities and ensure strong financial discipline across the team.
- Adhere to the annual HR timetable, driving the execution of key HR activities, such as role and capability management, training agendas, and performance management.
- Ensure strong operational compliance within the team.
- Manage leadership communications and cascades as needed.
