🎯 Role: Head of IT Architecture

📌 Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading an IT or Enterprise Architecture team.
• Background in roles such as IT Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Solution Architect.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership.

🧩 Key Skills:

• Strong communication skills, particularly at the business–IT interface.
• Ability to define and present architectural strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience in agile environments with architectural involvement.
• Good understanding of integration approaches and modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices).
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Experience with cloud technologies, ideally Microsoft Azure.

🎯Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of IT Architects.
• Translate IT strategy into architectural direction and initiatives.
• Promote architecture standards and best practices across the organization.
• Manage architectural assets such as principles, repositories, and debt registers.
• Act as owner and sponsor for strategic architecture projects.
• Collaborate with vendors on solution design and implementation.
