Guidewire Developer

We're Hiring: Guidewire Developer

Your Role:

• Design and implement solutions based on Guidewire ClaimCenter 10

• Build integrations between ClaimCenter and third-party systems and services

• Provide technical input during requirement analysis and solution planning

• Write and maintain high-quality unit tests

• Ensure code quality through refactoring and performance improvements

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter and Gosu programming

• 3+ years of experience with object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java)

• Solid understanding of relational databases and query optimization

• Familiarity with integration standards like REST, Web Services, and XML

• Knowledge of software design patterns and best development practices

• Comfortable working with technical documentation in English

• Strong self-organization skills and the ability to work well in a team

• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (Bachelor’s level or higher)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Spring Boot or IBM MQ

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments

• Domain knowledge in property or auto insurance claims

• Guidewire-related certifications
