About the role

We are looking for a Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions on CME Platform. You will work with cutting-edge generative models and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, production-ready AI systems.

This role combines strong hands-on engineering skills with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy generative AI solutions (GANs, VAEs, NLP models) using deep learning techniques

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing platforms and business processes

• Optimize, fine-tune, and troubleshoot models to ensure performance and scalability

• Prepare technical documentation and present results to non-technical stakeholders

• Support the full ML lifecycle, from data preprocessing and feature engineering to production deployment

Required qualifications

• Strong foundation in Machine Learning and Deep Learning

• Solid understanding of neural network architectures and optimization techniques

• Proficiency in Python

• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch

• Practical experience with:

  • Generative models (GANs, VAEs)

  • NLP techniques for text generation

• Experience deploying ML models into production environments

• Knowledge of Computer Vision and Speech-to-Text solutions

• Experience deploying AI solutions on Microsoft Azure

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field

• AI or cloud certifications (especially Azure)

• Strong communication skills and ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical audiences

• Knowledge of Ethical AI practices

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
