About the role

We are looking for a Functional Specialist with strong experience in CIB Markets projects, Risk Management, and in-house engines. The ideal candidate has solid knowledge of financial products, trading processes, and risk metrics—particularly XVA and Counterparty Risk.

In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business and technology teams, supporting functional analysis, translating business needs into technical requirements, and driving process improvements across multiple initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.

• Conduct functional analysis (AS IS / TO BE) and GAP Analysis.

• Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.

• Support process improvement initiatives and manage multiple requests simultaneously.

Technical requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CIB Markets and/or Risk Management projects.

• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) using Jira and Confluence.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow, Control-M, Hue, Atoti, and Big Data ecosystems (DataLakes, Databricks, Cloud, SQL, QlikSense).

• Experience working with interfaces, microservices, and REST APIs.
