Job Description

Are you looking for a place where your ideas truly make an impact? As a Fullstack Developer (Python/Kotlin + React), you'll play a key role in developing innovative web and mobile applications for the insurance industry. Your daily tasks will include designing, implementing, and maintaining modern backend solutions (Kotlin, Python, PostgreSQL) as well as frontend layers (React, TypeScript). You’ll build scalable modules, work in the cloud (GCP, Terraform), and closely collaborate with the team on high-availability projects. This is a 100% remote position – from anywhere within the EU!

Requirements

• Several years of commercial experience as a Fullstack Developer.

• Strong knowledge of Kotlin and Python.

• Proven experience building advanced web interfaces using React and TypeScript.

• Ability to design PostgreSQL databases and scalable applications.

• Experience with cloud environments (preferably Google Cloud Platform) and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform).

• Comfortable working across both the backend and frontend.

• English proficiency at B2/C1 level.

• Willingness to undergo security screening as part of the recruitment process.

• Nice to have: experience in insurance, fintech, or data science; familiarity with other clouds (AWS/Azure), CI/CD automation, designing high-availability systems, Agile teams, and a passion for new tech and trends.
