Title: Financial Analyst with French

Location: Kraków

We work: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home office)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and improve procedures that measure the effectiveness of plant operations.
• Support the budgeting process by preparing financial insights, particularly in areas such as material losses, scrap, inventory, and obsolescence.
• Track and report on key performance indicators to support business decisions.
• Contribute to the costing process and provide analysis where needed.
• Prepare and analyze monthly plant financial reports.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and financial savings and follow through on implementation.
• Participate in SOX audits, ensuring compliance with policies, recommending improvements, and supporting process changes.

APPLY IF:

• You hold, master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• You have 2–4 years of finance experience in a multinational environment, ideally with plant controlling exposure.
• You have strong analytical skills with excellent communication abilities.
• You have advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong overall system skills (SAP experience is a plus).
• You have high adaptability, with the ability to collaborate closely with management and cross-functional stakeholders (including remote teams such as S&OP).
• You have fluency in French and English.
