Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic email marketing campaigns, including lead nurture, newsletters, events, and re-engagement.
- Segment and manage email lists for targeted and personalized communication.
- Create engaging email content, including persuasive copy and compelling visuals, aligned with brand voice.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data protection regulations.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce impactful marketing materials.
- Stay updated on email marketing trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Key skills & experience:
- 3 - 4 years of experience in email marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email customization
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication English skills.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - nice to have
- Experience in financial services or asset management - nice to have
