Director of Product and Technology

Location: Hybrid – Warsaw (3 days/week in-office from late 2025).Until our Warsaw office opens (target: Q4 2025), the role will be remote with periodic in-person team meetings. Once operational, we expect team members to be present in the Warsaw office to foster collaboration, speed, and shared ownership.

The Role

We are looking for a Director of Product & Technology who can think in outcomes and ship code, by leading our product and engineering teams.

• Tie engineering efforts to user outcomes and business goals.

• Manage senior engineers and product owners.

• Collaborate with the founders on turning product vision into roadmap priorities and technical architecture.

What You'll Do

• Lead both product and engineering teams.

• Set the long-term product and technical strategy with leadership.

• Drive roadmap prioritization, feature development and release planning.

• Stay hands-on: build and ship features, enable your team via code reviews.

• Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and DevOps.

• Adopt and experiment with AI productivity tools.

• Act as the bridge between business goals, customer needs and technical execution.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading product and engineering teams in a high-growth SaaS environment.

• Solid expertise in TypeScript, ideally full-stack (Node + React).

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and cloud platforms (AWS).

• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, make decisive calls, and drive outcomes.

• Strong collaborator and communicator – able to zoom out on vision and zoom in on detail.
