Are you passionate about designing data ecosystems that drive real business value? We are looking for a Data Architect to define and guide our data architecture strategy, enabling robust, secure, and scalable data solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support a team of Data Architects in designing and implementing scalable, business-aligned data architecture solutions.
• Define and communicate a strategic vision for enterprise data architecture covering data integration, modeling, governance, and management.
• Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, and data engineers to translate data requirements into actionable architecture designs.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance by implementing data governance frameworks and protection standards.
• Promote the adoption of data best practices, architecture standards, and data management processes.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, evaluating and recommending new tools and methodologies.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in enterprise-level data architecture design and implementation.
• Deep understanding of data architecture principles, data modeling, integration, and metadata management.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical architectural solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data protection standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong leadership and consulting mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
• Knowledge of industry models (BIAN, FSDM, BDW) is a plus.
