Role Description:
Are you ready to take your cybersecurity expertise to the next level? We’re seeking a passionate and highly skilled Cybersecurity Technical Lead for our Kraków location. In this senior role, you’ll play a pivotal part in supporting the Chief Information Security Officer for Enterprise Technology as a trusted Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the 1st Line of Defence (1LoD).
Your daily responsibilities will include providing advanced technical advisory support across major programmes and projects, guiding the business through cybersecurity incidents and IT outages, and collaborating with central cybersecurity teams to deliver innovative solutions. You’ll serve as a key bridge between business initiatives and global cyber transformation programmes—ensuring local business needs are fully integrated and protected.
Act as the primary cybersecurity SME for the Enterprise Technology (ET) organization, advising on technical and strategic matters.
Collaborate closely with the ET CISO team, core central cyber teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of cybersecurity controls.
Advise on cybersecurity architecture, engineering, and compliance for business-led transformation initiatives.
Support the rollout of new cyber initiatives and ensure that business objectives align with global cyber strategies.
Assist in the assessment and mitigation of risks, collaborating on incident response and regulatory reporting as required.
Foster strong relationships with technical teams, architecture, and regional leads, and participate in relevant industry forums to stay ahead of emerging trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior cybersecurity or technical advisory role, preferably within large-scale or enterprise environments.
Deep knowledge of cybersecurity controls, risk management, and compliance best practices.
Strong understanding of technology landscapes, preferably within financial services or regulated industries.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical risks for business audiences.
Experience working with global and local teams to deliver cross-functional projects.
Ability to provide technical input during incident response and to support regulatory reporting as needed.
Positive, professional attitude; agile, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
