💼 The Role (aka: what you'll be doing)

We're on the hunt for a Cybersecurity Lead Enterprise Engineer to help us raise the bar on engineering practices, drive standardization, and lead with innovation in everything cyber.

Here’s a snapshot of what your day-to-day might include:

• Helping build and roll out our engineering excellence program across Cyber teams.

• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, clarity, and efficiency—tools, processes, and people included.

• Working closely with engineering and product teams to shape services that are not just secure but smart and user-friendly.

• Encouraging smart reuse of solutions across teams, making "build once, use many" the new normal.

• Coaching Agile teams to stay obsessed with customer needs and modern engineering practices.

• Driving adoption of clear standards and patterns to keep us aligned and efficient.

• Supporting better, smarter product selection—balancing function, scalability, and operational efficiency.

🧠 What You’ll Bring

You don’t need to know everything, but if this sounds like you, we’d love to talk:

• 5+ years as a senior engineer or technical architect, ideally in high-tech/high-change environments.

• Track record of leading product development and guiding cross-functional teams.

• Passionate about clean, scalable systems—and improving how teams work together to build them.

• Comfortable navigating complex organizations and delivering results in matrixed environments.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead globally distributed teams.

• Strategic thinker who knows how to turn ideas into action—and action into impact.

• Fluent in English (spoken & written) and great at working across cultures and time zones.

Bonus points if you’ve driven engineering improvement initiatives or worked in systems engineering.
