Location: Kraków | Work mode: Hybrid (6 days/month onsite) | Engagement: B2B Contract I Rate: 170-200 pl/h net

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Delivery Lead to support the Business Information Security Officer (BISO) in executing the cybersecurity strategy across the EMEA region. This role focuses on cyber risk governance, reporting, and enabling the rollout of global cybersecurity initiatives tailored to regional business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored cyber risk reporting, dashboards, and KPIs/KRIs for the region
• Monitor and coordinate remediation of cyber vulnerabilities and audit findings
• Support implementation of global cybersecurity initiatives, incorporating local business requirements
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
• Prepare communications and awareness materials related to cybersecurity topics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (technical field preferred) or equivalent professional experience
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, risk, and compliance processes
• Familiarity with security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, CISSP, CISA – nice to have)
• Experience in a regulated environment, preferably financial services
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate technical topics clearly
