Business Project Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a Consultant Manager to independently lead strategic, cross-functional projects within an international financial institution. The role is part of a central change management team responsible for driving global transformation initiatives across the organization.

Scope of Projects:

• Business and organizational transformation
• Integration of newly acquired entities or liquidation processes
• Regulatory change implementation
• Efficiency and process improvement (including AI-related initiatives)
• Risk mitigation and compliance projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, governance, and resource needs
• Lead execution, ensure milestones are met on time and within budget
• Coordinate project governance (steering committees, workstreams, reporting)
• Manage stakeholders across business and support functions
• Track risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Report progress to senior leadership and internal sponsors

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• 6+ years in consulting (Senior Consultant level); 9+ years for more senior applicants
• Proven experience delivering transformation/regulatory projects in financial services (asset management, banking, insurance, or wealth management preferred)
• Fluent English
• Advanced PowerPoint skills (essential), strong Excel knowledge
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
