Business Analyst – IT Team

Location: Kraków, Poland (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office)

Rate: 160–180 PLN/hour (B2B)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a global IT team working on a dashboard platform for trading supervisors, used in over 50 countries. The role involves close collaboration with developers and product owners in an agile environment.This is a long-term, stable project with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze current processes and assess future impact

• Translate business requirements into clear, agile user stories

• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to drive delivery

• Perform data analysis, mapping, and modeling

• Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews)

• Maintain alignment with business and IT strategy

Technology Stack:

• Frontend: Angular 16, HTML5, CSS3

• Backend: Java 17, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Integration

• Data: Oracle, Elasticsearch, Kafka

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in finance

• Knowledge of investment banking products, PnL, Market & Credit Risk

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)

• Strong SQL and Excel skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience in Conduct or Regulatory domains is a plus
