Business Analyst | Strategic Transformation in Global Banking

Location: Kraków (Hybrid: 1 day per week in office)
Rate: 120 – 150 PLN / h + VAT (B2B)

Are you ready to drive large-scale change within a world-class financial institution? We are looking for a visionary Business Analyst to join a high-priority strategic transformation program. How he will make an impact:

As a vital part of our transformation engine, he will:

• Architect Solutions: Translate complex business challenges into clear, structured insights and actionable designs.

• Drive Strategic Alignment: Ensure every initiative aligns with the global business strategy and delivers measurable benefits.

• Manage Change: Assess impacts on the Target Operating Model (TOM) and lead the seamless implementation of initiatives across complex, multi-country projects.

• Collaborate Globally: Partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and mitigate risks before they arise.

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who brings:

• At least 4 years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, and solution design (ideally within Banking or Shared Services).

• A Systemic Mindset: The ability to solve complex problems using both logic and creativity.

• Methodological Versatility: Proven experience working in both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments.

• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio.

• Proactive Communication: The confidence to constructively challenge the status quo and drive innovation.
