Business Analyst

Location: Kraków (preferred) or WarsawWork Mode: Hybrid – 6 days per month onsiteContract Type: B2B

Are you ready to make a real impact by supporting large-scale transformation initiatives in a global environment? We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and help shape business and technology solutions with a focus on process improvement, change management, and cybersecurity.

Your Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

• Analyze business processes and customer journeys, identify areas for improvement, and support implementation efforts.

• Collaborate with the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, creating epics, and writing user stories.

• Participate in SDLC-related projects to improve testing practices, change automation, and compliance with security controls.

• Deliver training sessions to teams on compliance processes, testing standards, and evidence documentation.

• Prepare regular reports and insights for stakeholders at all levels, from delivery teams to executive boards (Cyber ExCo, Risk Boards).

• Support change management activities including communication, training, and implementation readiness.

• Work with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible) and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Disciplined Agile).

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex, international environments.

• Solid understanding of IT project lifecycle (SDLC), change control, and testing processes.

• Experience with business process modeling, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, Power Query), JIRA, and Confluence.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Fluent English (minimum B2/C1) – written and spoken.

• Proactive, independent, and adaptable to a dynamic project environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., banking, finance, insurance).

• Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices.

• Certifications in Business Analysis (IIBA, PMI-PBA), Agile (Scrum, SAFe), or ITIL/DevOps.
