AR Process Improvement Specialist
Our Client is looking for a highly motivated AR Process Improvement Specialist to shape and optimize the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Accounting Process within our organization and Global Business Services GBS structure. The role focuses on leveraging the latest technological solutions, including the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and new payment method integrations, to enhance process efficiency and accuracy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Optimize and refine the D2C accounting process, utilizing cutting-edge technology and exploring new opportunities within GBS frameworks.
- Evaluate and propose enhancements to existing processes while introducing industry best practices to streamline operations.
- Establish and maintain SOX-compliant controls for new accounting streams, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Team Lead to build a comprehensive knowledge base, improve process quality, and foster continuous improvement.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and participate or lead projects aimed at optimizing AR processes, particularly in the context of technological upgrades.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support process improvement initiatives.
- Identify and drive opportunities for improvement and development, ensuring the AR process remains aligned with business goals and technological advancements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and process improvement within a SSC environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and controls.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or participate in cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
