Job description

About your role

As a Client Engagement Manager at ANIXE, you own the end-to-end client lifecycle - from onboarding and adoption to value realisation, expansion, and renewal. You will be the primary point of contact and the client’s advocate inside ANIXE, coordinating product, support, and engineering to deliver measurable outcomes and an excellent experience.


Your key responsibilities:

  • Onboard & enable: Lead implementations, configure applications, and run client trainings to achieve time-to-value targets.

  • Drive adoption & outcomes: Map client goals to product capabilities, create success plans, and monitor usage/health.

  • Ensure product quality: Validate data and configuration, coordinate fixes, and prevent regressions.

  • Manage expectations: Prioritize and track client requests, communicate timelines and progress proactively.

  • Be the voice of the customer: Collect feedback and turn requests into clear product requirements and improvements.

  • Educate continuously: Share release notes, new features, and best practices; prepare simple how-to materials.

  • Identify growth opportunities: Spot upsell/cross-sell potential and collaborate with Sales on business cases.

  • Report & review: Run regular QBRs/MBRs, share performance dashboards, risks, and next-step plans.


Our perfect match:

  • 2+ years in Client Success/Account Management in an international IT environment

  • Excellent English communication with clients and internal stakeholders

  • Strong time and project management; high attention to detail

  • Working knowledge of web applications; understanding of booking engines/management systems is a plus

  • Technical curiosity and ability to learn product domains quickly

  • Collaborative problem-solver with a can-do attitude

  • Experience in the tourism industry will be a plus

  • Familiarity with Scrum/Kanban/Lean
