Solution Architect

The international IT сompany Andersen invites a Solutions Architect in Germany to join our dynamic and highly skilled professional team.

Responsibilities: 

- Supporting multiple European pre-sales initiatives in parallel. 

- Participating in discovery phases, technical assessments, RFP/RFI responses, and solution estimation. 

- Establishing early trust and credibility with clients. 

- Translating business goals into clear solution approaches. 

- Defining end-to-end solution architecture. 

- Designing scalable, secure, cost-efficient solutions. 

- Producing C4 diagrams, context models, integration diagrams, and cloud topologies. 

- Ensuring architectural consistency and identifying risks. 

- Working with business and technical stakeholders. 

- Facilitating workshops and architectural deep dives. 

- Acting as a trusted advisor. 

- Collaborating with delivery and engineering teams. 

- Supporting transition into delivery. 

- Participating in reviews and quality gates. 

- Contributing to Munich as a European hub. 

- Advocating modern engineering practices. 

- Staying current with market and technology trends. 

Must-haves: 

- Experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect for 5+ years. 

- Background in software development. 

- Experience with European enterprise clients. 

- Strong AWS and/or Azure experience. 

- Strong architectural documentation skills. 

- Experience in one or more relevant domains such as FinTech/Banking/Insurance, Automotive/Manufacturing, Healthcare/Life Sciences, AI/ML, or data platforms. 

- Strong communication and facilitation skills. 

- Level of English – from Advanced and above. 

- Level of German – from Upper-Intermediate and above. 

Nice-to-haves: 

- AWS Solutions Architect certification. 

- Azure Solutions Architect certification. 

- TOGAF certification. 

- Kubernetes certification. 

- SAFe Architect certification.
