Software Architect (.NET/C#)

The IT company Andersen invites an experienced Software Architect (.NET) to join its team for working with our customer from the UK. 

The customer is a company that offers data-driven solutions for people, risk and capital management. Leveraging the global vision and local expertise of colleagues across 140 countries and markets, it helps to sharpen the strategy, improve organizational resilience, motivate people and maximize performance. 

The project is to perform a global migration of the deployment process to Octopus Deploy (cloud version).  

Responsibilities: 

• Conducting an analysis of the current architecture and infrastructure of the project.  
• Conducting an assessment of the time costs and risks for migration.  
• Preparing a roadmap for migration to Octopus deployment.  
• Constant communication with the client.  
• Discussing problems and developing solutions.  
• Coaching the development team on managing Octopus deployment.  
• Participation in the implementation of migration.  

Must-haves: 

• Experience as a Software Architect for 4+ years.  
• Experience with .NET architectures.  
• Experience with Octopus deployment.  
• Experience in conducting migrations.  
• Experience in conducting analyses of complex desktop solutions.  
• Experience in mentoring/improving the knowledge of development teams.  
• Experience in negotiating.  
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.
