Job description

Andersen is hiring a Full Stack Developer (.NET+React) for a project with a German photonics tech leader. The role involves developing video surveillance solutions for traffic control, enabling detection, verification, and processing of road violations. 

 

The customer is a leading German provider of photonics-based technologies, specializing in high-precision optical and sensor systems for applications across mobility, semiconductor equipment, life sciences, and public safety. With a global workforce of over 4,600 employees and operations in Europe, North America, and Asia, it delivers advanced solutions for smart mobility. 

 

The project  is focused on a video surveillance system that processes traffic violations such as speeding or seatbelt infractions. Incidents are captured by cameras, recorded in the system, and verified by an operator. Once confirmed, the system generates a payment notice for the violator, ensuring efficient monitoring and enforcement of traffic regulations. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Designing, implementing, and implementing new features based on business needs or customer requirements. 

  • Preparing and maintaining documentation. 

 

Must-haves: 

  • Experience in C#, .NET, and SQL technologies, including practical experience with .NET Core and RESTful API development, for 3+ years. 

  • Experience as a Frontend/JavaScript Engineer.  

  • Proficiency in React.js and related libraries.  

  • Design and implement scalable backend services using .NET technologies, ensuring performance and maintainability  

  • Experience working with Entity Framework, LINQ, and asynchronous programming in .NET  

  • Strong knowledge of database design, query optimization, and integration of SQL-based storage in .NET solutions. 

  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.  

  • Experience working with Azure, including deploying and managing .NET applications in Azure environments. 

  • Demonstrated capability in backend feature development, bug identification, and remediation.  

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices at the developer level. 

  • Ability to write automated tests.  

  • Proficiency in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.  

  • Familiarity with Git and version control.  

  • Experience with Scrum methodologies. 

  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
