Backend Developer (.NET)

Andersen is seeking a Backend Developer (.NET) in the EU for a FinTech project with a Swedish company specializing in digital payments and consumer financing. 

The customer is a financial technology company headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, specializing in online payment solutions and digital consumer financing. It offers a range of services including a comprehensive checkout solution for eCommerce, consumer loans, and savings accounts. The company has been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since 2020 and continues to innovate in the fintech space, aiming to create exceptional customer experiences and drive growth in the digital banking landscape. 

The project aims to support and develop a vital platform that empowers clients with the ability to analyze orders, transactions, and historical data to drive business decisions. 

Technology stack: .NET, Kafka, AWS, SNS/SQS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Terraform, Kubernetes. 

Responsibilities: 

- Supporting and developing the customer’s platform using .NET. 

- Migrating from AWS SNS to Kubernetes. 

- Bug fixing and troubleshooting. 

- Implementing new features and enhancements based on client feedback. 

- Optimizing performance and scalability. 

- Contributing to the design and architecture of the system. 

- Collaborating with other developers and stakeholders. 

Must-haves: 

- Experience in .NET development for 4+ years. 

- Experience with AWS services, including SNS, SQS, and other relevant tools. 

- Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures. 

- Proficiency in working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases. 

- Knowledge and experience with Terraform and Kubernetes. 

- Ability to engage in architectural discussions and explore solutions independently. 

- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above. 

Nice-to-haves: 

- Experience with React.
