About the Role: 

We're building a Developer Experience team focused on empowering our engineering organization with tools, streamlined workflows, and actionable insights. As a Developer Experience Engineer, you'll work on internal platforms, CI/CD optimization, and developer tooling that directly impact productivity and satisfaction across all teams.

A day in the life of our Senior Software Engineer:

• Monitor and improve developer workflows

• Design and develop internal tools and services to support engineering teams

• Share knowledge and promote best practices across the organization

• Organize technical documentation and developer portals

Required Technology Experience:

• .NET

• Experience in web development (JS/TS/HTML/CSS, VueJs or similar)

• Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab), Docker, Kubernetes

• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases

• Experience working with REST and GraphQL APIs

• Understanding of frontend architecture and performance optimization

Will be a plus: 

• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure

• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

• Previous work in platform engineering or developer experience teams

• Curiosity, growth mindset, and willingness to learn

• Experience maintaining and evolving component libraries (eg.: Storybook)

• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Vitest, Cypress, Jest)
