Test Automation Expert

We seek a Test Automation Expert to lead quality assurance for an enterprise-grade EdTech platform built on SOA principles. This role focuses on building a comprehensive automated testing framework for a web stack (Node.js, React), with a focus on service integration, performance, and end-to-end user journeys.

You’l be the guardrail behind the reliability and trustworthiness of a platform designed to serve learners at scale—across regions, roles, and real-time expectations.

Responsibilities:

● Design and implement test automation across API, integration, UI, and regression levels.

● Build reusable test cases and suites for modular services and dynamic frontends.

● Colaborate with developers, architects, and DevOps to ensure continuous quality coverage across the stack.

● Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor quality metrics over time.

● Conduct exploratory testing and define acceptance criteria for complex workflows.

● Identify and troubleshoot platform-wide performance, data consistency, and edge-case issues.

● Build testing capabilities that support AI-driven features and event-based backend services.

Required Skills:

● 5+ years of QA or Test Automation experience in complex web application environments based on SOA architecture.

● Deep knowledge of testing APIs and microservices (Postman, SuperTest, etc.) and modern frontend stacks (Playwright,

Cypress).

● Experience testing Node.js/TypeScript backends and React frontends in modular architectures.

● Strong understanding of SOA, async flows, and event-based systems.

● Proficiency in CI/CD systems and version control (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Git).

● Strong colaboration and communication ski ls to align with agile teams and product leads.
