Mid C# Developer – Industrial Automation (ASP.NET MVC)

We are seeking a skilled C# Developer to join a cutting-edge project in the industrial automation sector. The assignment involves the development of an advanced inspection line for casted alloy components, utilizing robotic arms and camera-based sensors.

Project Overview:

You will join a team responsible for building a complex system supporting four robotic stations, each equipped with camera-based sensors. The project is technically led on our side — we are now expanding the team with additional specialists to support its growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Software development in C# using ASP.NET MVC
2. Integration with robotic stations and other industrial components
3. Collaboration with technical stakeholders to ensure performance, stability, and scalability
4. Maintaining high code quality in a remote-first development environment

Must-Have Skills:

1. Solid commercial experience in C# and ASP.NET MVC
2. Ability to work independently in a remote-first setup
3. Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
4. Willingness to travel once to Austria for project kickoff and possibly during commissioning

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with vision programming or OCR libraries (e.g., OpenCV, Cognex, VisionPro)
2. Previous exposure to industrial automation or machine vision systems
