Lead Senior Solution Architect

Essential Experience (8+ years minimum):

Challeange:

•  Next-gen multitenant/microservices platforms design and modern hybrid mobile frontends [a large scale greenfield project]

•  Enterprise legacy system modernization and technical debt remediation•  Moving a monolithic to microservices architecture transformation

•  Cloud-native design patterns and API-first architectures

•  Multitenant SaaS platform design with row-level isolation

•  Anti-corruption layer implementation for phased migrations

Technical Stack Requirements:

•  Legacy platforms: e.g. Delphi code migration experience

•  Cloud platforms: Azure (databases, services), GCP/Firebase

•  Modern stack: React, Flutter/Dart

•  Microservices: Container orchestration, distributed systems, connecting to edge systems

Domain Expertise:

•  Database antipattern resolution ("busy database" remediation)

•  proper processes release management automation and CI/CD pipeline design

•  Identity and Access Management (IAM) centralization

•  Observability and monitoring architecture

•  AI/ML integration for operations and product features

Leadership & Strategy:

•  Technical roadmap development for 3-5 year transformations

•  Cross-functional team leadership (developers, DevOps, product)

•  Risk assessment for large-scale platform migrations

•  Vendor evaluation and technology stack selection

Business Acumen:

•  SaaS economics and scaling challenges understanding

•  Support operations efficiency

•  Mobile-first UX design principles

•  Compliance and security architecture
