Frontend Developer

We’re hiring a Front-End Developer to join the team building the user experience for a next-generation, AI-augmented EdTech platform. This role focuses on delivering highly responsive, modular interfaces using React and Next.js, with seamless integration into dynamic backend services and smart automation flows. The lead Front-End developer shal be responsible for the front end’s backend, so ful-stack capability is expected. If you want to shape the UI experience of a platform used by thousands of learners, tutors, and administrators, this role is your chance to do it right from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

● Develop clean, modular, and dynamic UIs using React and Next.js, optimized for performance and accessibility; these are not

simple UI components but versatile and layered control panels/views for power users.

● Colaborate with backend and architecture teams to deliver deeply integrated, role-aware interfaces.

● Build reusable components for dashboards, booking flows, onboarding journeys, and personalized learning experiences.

● Implement real-time user feedback mechanisms and integrate analytics for iterative improvement.

● Support localization and theming for multi-region, multi-brand delivery.

● Work with AI and automation teams to integrate assistants, suggestion engines, and smart content surfacing into the UI.

Required Skills:

● 7+ years of frontend development experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

● Solid experience with Next.js, server-side rendering, and component-driven design.

● Strong understanding of state management (e.g., Zustand, Redux) and REST/GraphQL data flows.

● Experience with testing (unit/e2e), accessibility, responsive design, and performance optimization.

● Familiarity with CI/CD, git workflows, and colaborative agile development.

● Passion for building fast, user-friendly, scalable applications with minimal bloat.
