Project Manager is to lead a crucial HCM project involving the integration and separation of two companies transitioning into independent legal entities. This role requires exceptional stakeholder and risk management and navigating competing priorities while managing an external workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership and Execution: Lead the integration and separation process, ensuring a smooth transition for both companies into independent legal entities.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, timelines to achieve project goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage and communicate with stakeholders from both companies, ensuring alignment and addressing concerns promptly.
- Facilitate meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Risk Management: dentify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project deliverables and timelines.
- Develop contingency plans and monitor risk factors continuously.
- Priority Management: Navigate and manage competing priorities to ensure critical tasks are completed on time.
- Allocate resources effectively and adjust project plans as needed to accommodate changing priorities.
- External Workforce Management: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure they meet project requirements and timelines.
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- TSA Exiting Terms: Possess a thorough understanding of Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) exiting terms and ensure compliance throughout the project.
- Develop and execute exit plans by TSA requirements.
If you possess...
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
- Excellent communication in English
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

- Proven experience in project management with a focus on separation projects and HCM
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with diverse groups.
- Demonstrated expertise in risk management and the ability to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with managing an external workforce, including vendors and contractors.
- In-depth knowledge of TSA exiting terms and practical application in project scenarios.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
