Lead iOS Developer

2-3 per week you need to be available until 9:00pm due to meetings with the US team

We are looking for Lead iOS Developer for our client which is an online marketplace connecting people who want to rent out their homes with people looking for accommodations in specific locales. Together with them, we are building a world-class payments platform that moves billions of dollars, in 191 countries, with 75 currencies, through a complex ecosystem of payments partners. They are also reinventing how to serve users to improve performance, scalability and extensibility.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Experience Designers, and Backend Engineers to design and deliver high-quality products on iOS
• Build efficient and reusable mobile components and architecting reliable, performant, and scalable mobile solutions
• Create technical solution artefacts, and participates in code / tech design review.
• Conduct experiments and iterating features follow data-driven approaches
• Actively fix product bugs, improve test coverage and resolve technical debts
• Identify areas of improvement and driving mobile best practices

And if you possess...

• Strong 6 years of technical & architecture experience, including at least 2 year in leadership role 
• Experience shipping one or more Swift and Obj-C iOS apps, ideally currently available in the App Store
• Hands-on Coding Experience Using Data Structures and Algorithms, Design Patterns
• Solid engineering and coding skills. Hands-on coding experience using data structures, algorithms, design patterns and asynchronous programming
• Interest in innovations within the mobile industry
• Robust design and UX/product sensibilities, and technical writing skills.
• Excellent Problem-Solving ability; Attention to detail demonstrated by ability to follow and develop specific, outlined and detailed procedures
• Experienced on Agile Methodologies
• Good communication, collaboration, interpersonal skills; self-driven & end-to-end ownership of stakeholders engagement
