GenAI Salesforce Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Salesforce GenAI Production Engineer to join our growing AI/ML team at Altimetrik. In this role, you will leverage your experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions specifically tailored to Salesforce environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build, optimize, and maintain production-ready systems that deliver scalable, high-performance results for our clients. The ideal candidate has experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP), as well as expertise in integrating AI capabilities into Salesforce ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production-level GenAI systems leveraging Salesforce technologies such as Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions into Salesforce environments to enhance customer relationship management and agent productivity.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and engineering teams to drive the full lifecycle of feature and product development, from ideation to deployment.
• Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce-native architectures for AI-powered solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability, and high performance.
• Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems using Salesforce Data Cloud to enhance data retrieval and improve customer insights.
• Create and deploy Proof-of-Concept projects related to natural language tasks, customer support automation, and enhanced agent experience.

If you possess..

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML projects.
• Relevant certifications and experience with Salesforce technologies, including Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with agile development practices and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.
