GenAI Production Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled GenAI Production Engineer to join our growing AI/ML team at Altimetrik. In this role, you will leverage your experience in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI/ML solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build, optimize, and maintain production-ready systems that deliver scalable, high-performance results for our clients. The ideal candidate has experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Data Lakes and Data Modernization, and cloud-based architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production-level GenAI systems using cloud technologies such as ChatGPT, Flowise, Langchain, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and engineering teams to drive the full feature and product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
• Design, implement, and optimize serverless architectures for AI-powered solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability, and high performance.
• Design metadata schemas and use vector embeddings to build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, improving data retrieval accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize microservices architecture to create and deploy Proof-of-Concept projects related to natural language tasks and content automation.

If you possess..

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML projects.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud technologies including ChatGPT API, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with agile development practices and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.
