We are looking for Senior QA automation specialist to work on global and large scale initiatives. This is an opportunity for you to join a dynamic team of software engineers driving the success of pivotal projects and initiatives. As a QA Specialist, you’ll play an important role in the development team. You will be using and sharing your skills and experience to build great IT solution with the whole team.

Your responsibilities

• Test complex applications built in Hadoop and Cloud Platforms (Snowflake)
• Implement python libraries as extension for Robot Framework
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for test libraries
• Identify and implement improvements and process automation for day to day tasks/challenges
• Test scenario and test case preparation
• Test data preparation
• Implementing test automation scripts
• Test results analysis and defect reporting
• Release planning and reporting

Our requirements

• 6+ years of development experience with Python
• 6+ years of experience with database technologies
• 6+ years of experience with GIT
• 3+ years of experience with Robot Framework
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
• Strong working experience with Linux and bash
• Experience with containerization using Docker
• Knowledge of streaming and queues technologies e.g. KAFKA, IBM MQ, Rabbit MQ
• Working knowledge of Devops
• Strong English language communication skills (oral and written)

Optional

• Knowledge of Big Data concepts, such as Hadoop ecosystem (Cloudera/MapR) including streaming technologies
• Cloud systems (such as AWS, GCP or Azure), Snowflake
