WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?

As Data Architect, you will ensure that the products delivered by your stable team is aligned with client's global target architecture. To support this position, we are looking for a Data Architect Azure with a good overall understanding of available services in the Azure Analytics stack. This person will work with DPO, Data Analyst, Data Engineer & Data Scientist from stable team, but also Architect community to define architect with right quality, relevant business value and maintainability in long term.

Moreover, he/she also needs leadership skills to take the technical lead role and discussion with Business Stakeholders and Enterprise Architecture.

• You provide technical leadership, you participate in development efforts, and you represent the full internal and external capabilities of the platform
• You will be an active member of the architect’s guild to oversee data management process and provide guidance and direction to development teams
• You are responsible for the design, documentation of the solution in your domain
• You have experiences on Databricks, ADLS storage, SQL DB, ADF and Power BI
• You have experiences in defining and owning end-to-end scalable Data Architecture taking into account enterprise architecture and industry standards
• You are used to develop, document and maintain logical and physical data models

WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?

• Data Architecture Expertise: minimum 4 years of experience in data architecture, proficiency in SQL and data modeling
• Ability to design end-to-end Azure solution architecture
• Good knowledge of Azure services: Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database. Azure Key Vault, Azure OpenAI Service
• Generative AI Fundamentals: understanding AI model training for generating data (text, images), experience with RAG pattern, prompt engineering
• Expertise in Databricks: Delta Tables, DLT, Unity Catalog
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python and Pyspark; knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud-based delivery models, familiarity with API or microservice deployment
• MLOps: Familiarity with machine learning operations practices, including model versioning, continuous integration, and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines tailored for AI solutions
• Strong knowledge of Data Management, Governance, and Data Quality, understanding of DevSecOps principles
• Flexibility to operate in Agile environments and adapt to dynamic requirements
• Experience in a global environment
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level)
• Hybrid work model, with partial work required from the Wrocław office
