Security Awareness Spesialist

🗝️ We are looking for a Security Awareness Specialist to drive a global security awareness program. You will work with a Learning Management System (LMS), develop training materials, support security champions, and contribute to security culture initiatives.

🔖Hybrid work: 3 days per week from Wrocław office

🔖Start: as soon as possible

MAIN TASKS:

• Manage security awareness campaigns and content within an LMS
• Support and expand the Security Champions Network (onboarding, engagement, community management)
• Develop training materials, workshops, and e-learning modules (videos, newsletters, blogs, posters)
• Conduct phishing simulations and gamification-based training
• Assist employees with security-related questions and training challenges
• Write and distribute news articles on security topics

WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?

• At least 5-6 years of commercial experience in similar role
• Strong written and verbal English skills - MUST HAVE
• Experience in security culture change programs
• Knowledge of phishing, social engineering, and cybersecurity threats
• Ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with LMS platforms (SCORM files, content upload, campaign setup)
• Background in Information Security, Marketing, or Communications is a plus
