Key responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end orchestration of external deliveries, managing scope, risks, and stakeholders to support the CBP roadmap (N-core releases, offers, and account migrations)
- Act as the main point of contact for CBP, building trustful relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation
- Communicate the CBP roadmap, timelines, and milestones clearly to help delivery partners assess impacts.
- Collaborate with CBP service areas to identify dependencies and align delivery plans with external hubs, tech teams, and business units
- Ensure other service areas follow CBP processes and timelines for their requests
- Coordinate with domains on workforce planning and secure commitments for upcoming milestones
- Support the Dependency Management Capability Owner in tracking budget needs and targets
- Facilitate alignment between internal and external teams through regular meetings and manage conflicting priorities
- Oversee risk management by maintaining the CBP risk log and reporting escalations
- Use and support work-management tools like JIRA and Confluence effectively
- Assist in release deployment, offer, and migration plans with the Release Management and Implementation Teams
Requirements:
- 10+ years of related work experience in large-scale transformation programs in the areas of Core Banking or Financial Services industry
- 10+ years of experience in delivery leadership roles
- 5+ years of experience in delivery lifecycle roles
- 5+ years of experience with Core Banking software such as Temenos or SAP
- Proactive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong facilitation skills and decision making
- Professional coaching and mentoring skills
- Ability to manage and escalate risks, dependencies and issues
- Ability to coordinate activities within a large international and distributed teams
- Proficiency in the planning of long term work (>1 year out) across multiple, distinct areas
- Ability to work with architects, product managers, product owners, developers, testers, business stakeholders as well as leadership executives
