WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?

We are looking for a Solution Architect to join a dynamic team responsible for overseeing the migration of approximately 200 applications to Azure. This role requires a strategic thinker who can connect the dots across multiple applications, ensuring a smooth transition while maintaining and supporting existing applications that are not yet migrated.

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end architecture oversight, documentation, and technical guidance. A key aspect of the role is ensuring compliance with banking industry standards, including preparing and maintaining necessary documentation such as SDD and other required architectural documents.

We seek a dedicated and committed professional who is passionate about cloud solutions and application architecture. The ideal candidate is experienced in Azure, understands web and desktop technologies, and is eager to contribute to a long-term transformation journey.

▪ Oversee the migration of 200 applications to Azure, ensuring best practices and architectural consistency.

▪ Provide architectural guidance for both cloud and on-premise applications that remain in maintenance and development.

▪ Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation required by banking standards, including SDD and other compliance documents.

▪ Collaborate closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and IT governance teams to ensure a smooth transition.

▪ Evaluate and enhance existing architectures for scalability, security, and performance.

▪ Provide technical support and documentation updates for ongoing maintenance and development of non-migrated applications.

▪ Act as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying challenges and proposing architectural improvements.

WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?

▪ Proven experience in Azure-based architectures and cloud migration projects.

▪ Solid understanding of web and desktop application technologies.

▪ Experience in technical documentation, especially in regulated environments (e.g., banking, finance).

▪ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and proactively.

▪ Commitment to long-term collaboration and a growth mindset—not necessarily an expert, but someone ambitious and eager to develop further.

▪ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
