🌎Location: Kraków/ Warsaw- hybird work (6 x month)

Tasks:

Fine-tune LLMs:

• Adapt pre-trained models on domain-specific datasets.
• Evaluate model performance with relevant NLP metrics.

Build RAG Pipelines:

• Integrate LLMs with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS).
• Design and optimize retrieval and prompt engineering strategies.

Develop NLP/ML Solutions:

• Build and experiment with NLP and ML models based on business needs.
• Analyze experimental results and suggest improvements.

Ensure Ethical AI Practices:

• Validate models for fairness, transparency, and accountability.
• Document processes and results clearly.

Cloud Deployment & CI/CD:

• Implement AI/ML solutions on Azure or GCP.
• Automate model deployment using CI/CD pipelines.

Coding and Data Handling:

• Develop clean Python code, manage GitHub repos.
• Write SQL queries for data extraction and preprocessing.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of LLM architectures and expertise in fine tuning pre trained models on domain specific data.

• Experience with RAG(Retrieval Augmented Generation), Prompt Engineering concepts and fundamentals (Vector DBs).

• In depth knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP. Manage prioritization and technology work for building NLP, ML & AI solutions experience in experimenting and developing with LLM.

• Follow AI best practices, ensuring fairness, transparency and accountability in AI model and system.

• Good exposure in Python and strong knowledge in SQL, GitHub. Be familiar with CI/CD pipelines.

• Cloud Platforms knowledge have to: Azure /GCP

• Strong communication/presentation skills in English, can present technical solutions, capabilities, considerations, and features to business parties.
