Salesforce Technical Lead/Solution Architect
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead / Solution Architect to join the first phase of a new CEE-based Salesforce competence hub for a Nordic company.
Our customer currently has a vendor-lead Salesforce technical operation which we are helping to internalize. The goal is to build a new, customer-owned hub in Krakow, Tricity, Wroclaw or Katowice.
The first mission is to assess the current Salesforce landscape, take technical ownership during knowledge transfer, diagnose what is working and what is not, and help define the long-term Salesforce operating model.
You will work closely with the client-side Product Owner, Allies’ data governance lead, and senior stakeholders to scope the future Salesforce hub: required roles, architecture direction, delivery model, roadmap, and opportunities for automation / agentic Salesforce capabilities. Possible outcome of Phase 1 may also be to propose an alternative track for the customer, outside the Salesforce landscape.
In the second phase, you will hold a key role building the team and operation around it.
This is not a remote role. You will start work from a shared office space in any of the aforementioned locations. After the initial phase, facilities will be built for the customer in the target location.
What you will do
Take technical ownership of the current Salesforce setup during Phase 1.
Assess Salesforce architecture, configuration, custom development, integrations, data flows and release model.
Identify technical debt, delivery bottlenecks, maintainability risks and architecture gaps.
Work with the client-side Product Owner to translate business goals into a realistic Salesforce roadmap.
Diagnose where current issues come from: requirements, architecture, integrations, data quality, delivery process or governance.
Define the required Phase 2 team structure, roles, seniority mix and ramp-up sequence.
Evaluate practical opportunities for Salesforce automation, Agentforce / Einstein, and agentic workflows.
Help separate realistic AI-enabled use cases from hype.
Act as the senior technical counterpart during knowledge transfer from the current vendor setup.
Support the move from a development-supplier model to a long-term Salesforce capability model.
What we are looking for
8–10+ years of relevant technology experience.
6+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
Background as Salesforce Technical Lead, Solution Architect, Lead Consultant or Senior Salesforce Architect.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, APIs, automation, integrations and release management.
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Experience with Experience Cloud / partner portals is highly valuable.
Ability to assess an existing Salesforce environment and define a practical improvement roadmap.
Ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Strong judgement on configuration vs custom development.
Practical understanding of Salesforce AI direction, including Agentforce / Einstein, or strong interest and ability to work with agentic Salesforce capabilities.
Grounded approach to AI: you understand that agentic workflows require strong data quality, governance, security, process design and integration readiness.
Nice to have
Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant.
Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, partner channels or enterprise software.
Experience with vendor transition, insourcing or building a new Salesforce capability.
Experience with data governance, CRM data quality or system-of-record decisions.
Experience working in distributed or nearshore hub models.
What makes this role different
You will not just be asked to deliver tickets. You will help define what the future capability should look like.
The first phase is diagnostic and strategic: understand the current landscape, take ownership, identify the root causes, and recommend the right long-term setup. Depending on the findings, this may lead to building a dedicated Salesforce hub, improving the current setup, or defining a broader platform transformation path.
We are looking for an agentic-aware, architecture-first Salesforce lead: someone who knows Salesforce deeply, can still get close to the implementation details, and can guide the client towards a more modern, automated and maintainable operating model.
