Data Engineer for Nordic Telco Enterprise

We are building the first Polish delivery Hub for one of the largest telecom companies in the Nordics.

The physical hub will opened in Krakow H1'26, however, we also accept candidates working remotely from Poland.

Experts are expected to work from the office on occasion.

Brief:

You'll be working alongside a ETL Developer focused on modernizing and scaling enterprise data pipelines to support advanced analytics, reporting, and automation across a large telecom ecosystem.

Tasks

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines

• Build and optimize said pipelines using data ingestion, transformation, and storage layers across cloud environments

• Implement data quality & governance processes

• Work with real-time and batch data processing frameworks for mission-critical workloads

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer in large-scale environments

• Strong skills in SQL, data modeling, and distributed data processing

• Hands-on experience with modern data orchestration and transformation tools (Airflow, DBT, Spark and similar tools)

• Solid understanding of cloud data architectures (Azure preferred)

• Fluent English
