A hybrid work model requires 1 day a week in the office.
We are a young department with great ambitions, plenty of ideas and serious development plans. We are in charge of the development of Allegro Ads, a sponsored ad service, as well as other advertising tools offered to let Allegro Merchants and brands bring their sales to a whole new level. Our users include Merchants who seek to increase their potential and brand visibility. The Allegro Ads panel is where the magic happens – with just a few clicks, the user can turn on advanced tools to support his or her advertising campaign. We handle extremely high traffic and data volumes. In our teams, we opt for excellent code quality and an agile approach to tasks which rely on hexagonal architecture. We are looking for people who:
- Are very familiar with test automation tools, e.g. Postman, SoapUI
- Are experienced in working with the GIT version control system and establishing CI/CD pipelines
- Have the ability to prepare test and functional documentation
- Are skilled in log analysis
- Can combine facts and present conclusions in an orderly and logical way
- Show high level of cooperation, responsibility, problem solving, openness to change and drive to develop
- Have a positive attitude towards teamwork and at the same time can work independently
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for work and commitment to accomplishing tasks
- Speak English at least at B2 level
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of ISTQB
- Experience or willingness to develop in the BigData area

What will your work involve?
- Ensuring the quality and failure-free operation of implemented functionalities
- Testing product for the advertising area, including backend services, APIs, and automation scripts
- Supporting on-call engineers
- Automating test procedures of advertising processes and solutions
- Developing strategy for testing advertising processes and solutions, especially rooted in data management
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
