At Delivery Experience, we build the technology we need to make Allegro deliveries easy, cheap, quick and reliable.
We take care of the critical services along the Allegro purchase pathway. Our key services are responsible for:
- expected delivery time estimations, calculated using statistical algorithms and ML, with predictions served more than 12,000 times per second,
- selecting the best delivery method for the customer: traffic up to 1000 rps, response in 200 ms,
- integration with courier companies, which enables e.g. the free-of-charge Smart! delivery programme, with up to 500 shipment status updates per second.
Delivery Experience is also one of the fastest growing areas where we implement new, complex and ambitious projects:
- Allegro Fulfilment, which offers full logistics services to merchants in our warehouses,
- Allegro Last Mile – a pilot project involving collection points and parcel lockers.
We are looking for people who:
- Know Internet technologies (REST API, HTTP)
- Participate in the entire application development process - from the planning stage, through implementation and post-implementation care
- Have experience in automating web or mobile tests
- Are familiar with tools for automating functional tests (Selenium, Espresso, Cypress)
- Can write code at a basic level in one of the following languages: Java, Kotlin, JavaScript
- Can use version control systems
- Are able to create plans, scenarios, cases and test data
- Want to constantly develop and update their knowledge
- Are fluent in English - min. B2 level

In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:
- You will work in an autonomous and interdisciplinary team and collaborate with product managers, data analysts and UX

- impact on what the Allegro customer sees - from the first design, mock-ups, research to implementation
