Job description

Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will take full ownership of our communication tools, with Slack at the center with a rich ecosystem of integrations and workflows supporting over 6,000 users. You’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience by driving enhancements, exploring new communication tools and leading critical projects - from improving our application catalog and strengthening IT security, to spearheading the transformation of Allegro’s Knowledge Base into a more powerful, user-friendly resource for the entire organization.

This is a temporary role for min. 18 months.

Your main responsibilities:

  • taking full business ownership of Slack, our main communication tool, to ensure its effective management and continuous improvement.

  • taking ownership of designated communication tools within the Application Catalog, ensuring they meet user needs and company standards for workstation software.

  • lead and execute IT projects from conception to completion, including defining roadmaps, resource planning, risk analysis and stakeholder management.

  • work independently and effectively engage with business stakeholders.

  • conduct business analysis to identify needs and propose effective solutions.

  • collaborate with international stakeholders in Polish and English.

  • translate internal client requirements into specific IT solutions and coordinate with multiple teams.

We are looking for people who:

  • have at least 3 years of experience as a business application owner, driving collaboration with many different stakeholders

  • have at least 3 years of experience in complex IT Project Management and business analysis

  • have previous experience with ITSM systems (i.e. ServiceNow, JIRA, Zendesk)

  • can back up the recommended solutions with solid data - every strategic decision is “data based” and we’re defining a set of KPIs for each decision

  • can identify problems and propose effective solutions

  • enjoy working in an Agile team environment and have very good communication skills

  • are self-starters and can show initiative and effectively prioritise tasks

  • can communicate in Polish (C1) and English (B2+).

What we offer:

  • well-located offices (with fully equipped kitchens and bicycle parking facilities) and excellent working tools (height-adjustable desks, interactive conference rooms),

  • a wide selection of fringe benefits in a cafeteria plan – you choose what you like (e.g. medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance, purchase vouchers),

  • English classes that we pay for related to the specific nature of your job,

  • working in a team you can always count on — we have on board top-class specialists and experts in their areas of expertise,

  • a high degree of autonomy in terms of organizing your team’s work; we encourage you to develop continuously and try out new things,

  • if you want to learn more, check it out.
