About the Team:

The FinanceTech team is responsible for the development and maintenance of IT systems that support the area of corporate finance. We work with systems such as SAP, IBM Cognos, and Kyriba. We ensure that financial, controlling, and procurement processes run efficiently with the support of IT systems.

As a SAP Basis Administrator you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting SAP systems. This role ensures the stability, performance, and security of the SAP environment by collaborating with IT and business teams.

Your main responsibilities:

• System Maintenance: Ensuring that the SAP environment is maintained properly, which includes system updates, patches, and tweaks

• Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitoring system performance and tuning it for optimal efficiency

• System Backups and Restorations: Setting up regular backups and having a recovery plan in place for any system failures

• Installation and Configuration: Overseeing the installation and configuration of SAP systems as needed

• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving any technical issues within the SAP environment

• Collaboration: Working closely with other IT teams and business stakeholders to align the SAP system with organizational needs and goals

• Documentation: Maintaining thorough documentation related to configurations, processes, and any changes made to the system

This is the right job for you if you:

• Have experience in administering SAP systems (ECC / S4Hana), including knowledge of SAP NetWeaver

• Are experienced in working with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems

• Have worked with SAP GRC / Fire Fighter and OCR services

• Analytical skills, with a focus on process optimization

• Present collaborative and goal-oriented approach

• Have commitment to ongoing learning and development

• Are fluent in English (minimum B2 level)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SAP HANA Database (installation, configuration, maintenance, and integration with SAP modules and other services)
