We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead a major transformation of our purchasing tools and processes. In this role, you’ll drive the migration to a new ERP system and focus on automating key areas such as sourcing, replenishment and supplier communication.
You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, data experts and product teams to deliver smarter, more efficient solutions that boost profitability and support international growth. This is a high-impact role where your leadership will directly shape the future of our operations.
Your main responsibilities:
Collaborating with engineers, data analysts, business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand needs and communicate priorities.
Defining requirements and validating business needs related to price management.
Ensuring data quality, usability and effective management processes.
Supporting the development of integrations and connections between 1P solution modules. Leading projects that drive the 1P domain initiatives.
Leveraging data-driven insights to guide product decisions and uncover new opportunities.
Building effective collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders.
Balancing diverse needs of stakeholders and teams involved in price and offer management.
We are looking for people who:
Have exceptional project and product management skills
Have previous extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365FO or other ERP system
Have strong experience working with engineers, analysts and business stakeholders to gather needs and set clear priorities.
Have an ability to define and validate requirements, especially in the area of price and offer management.
Have a proven track record in leading projects and driving product initiatives.
Have excellent collaboration and communication skills to align diverse teams and stakeholders.
Can communicate in Polish (C1) and English (C1).
