We take care of the critical services along the Allegro purchase & post-purchase pathway and merchant experience regarding delivery. We build the new logistics tools enabling the development of Allegro’s own logistics infrastructure as well as a cooperation with external logistics carriers.

Key responsible for your role:
- Creating and executing logistic product strategies for the post-purchase customer experience.
- Ensure a seamless customer journey through our logistics post - purchase processes.
- Build awareness of key initiatives within our logistics products in international markets
- Collaborate with external logistic partners to amplify your products
We are looking for people who:
- You have documented experience in managing products throughout their lifecycle (e-commerce experience preferred).
- You understand logistics processes and/or have experience with logistics products.
- You have experience in creating products in collaboration with engineering teams working in Scrum or Kanban.
- You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate with various teams.
- You think analytically and can work with data.
- You are eager to develop, learn, and improve, even from mistakes.
- You can prioritize and make data-driven decisions.
- You can view the product from the perspective of users (sellers and buyers).
- You know English at a minimum of B2 level.
In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:
- Designing and implementing new solutions for post purchase logistic products
- Monitoring and analyzing data for logistic products, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborating with customer service and logistics teams to resolve complex returns and complaints issues
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for returns and complaints management
- Collaborate with external logistic partners for developing and maintaining products
- Delivering new products, processes and services, developing existing ones in cooperation with stakeholders, data analysts and other Product Managers
- Business analysis - based on business requirements creating possible solutions and implementing variants; identifying, planning and facilitating all dependencies needed to deliver the product
- Setting meaningful KPIs showing product’s performance
- Building roadmaps and predictable development process together with Tech Leads/Engineers/Business analysts
- Managing estimates and deadlines, identifying project risks and proper communication and mitigation of these risks
- Being the Single Point of Contact for the products he/she is responsible for: knowing product from the scratch and being able to answer complex questions about the product
- Effective negotiation in cooperation with peers and business stakeholders in order to deliver the product/feature delivering maximum value
- Facilitate communication across different teams and stakeholders to align objectives and ensure everyone is on the same page
